Leeds Digital Makers ReturnsHello Fellow Maker! 😃Back in April we launched a new initiative when the meetup world moved online. Instead of our larger Founders events we held a bi-monthly virtual meetup for local digital makers to discover new skills, get feedback on their side projects and stay accountable with those in the group. Leeds Digital Makers is on a mission to empower indie makers with the support and resources they need to launch their ideas faster than they thought possible. In our first series we hosted 12 sessions hearing from 22 indie makers building side projects, a few of those launches being:- Support Your Local Leeds- Three Good Things - Taken.to- Slow.sale- GarethDakin.com- Freelancers of Leeds- Leeds Meetups- Leeds Rowing ClubWith many, many more in development. We've also discovered over 50 new tools to launch your Minimum Viable Products - many without needing any code or technical skills at all!Due to the time constraints of each session and the focus on smaller groups we couldn't get everyone in from the wait list for Series 1 but we're opening it back up to you for the start of Series 2! Since you've expressed interest by signing up at LeedsDigitalMakers.club we wanted to give you early access to reserve a spot for the start of Series 2. We'll be running monthly sessions starting Thursday 12 November at 5:30pm where you can share updates on your side projects, discuss new ideas, discover favourite tools from other makers and stay connected with other like minded people. What can you expect from each session?
